Purse4Rent Rental Agreement

Welcome to Purse4Rent! By using our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully to ensure a seamless rental experience.

1. Eligibility & Account Setup

    •    Age Requirement: Renters must be 25+ years old. We may ask for ID verification before shipment or any other identification pertaining or concerning to the use of the rental. 

2. Security Deposits

    •    A $500 deposit will be charged at rental initiation. It will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the item is returned in its original condition. Damage may result in partial or full forfeiture.

3. Rental Terms & Rates

    •    Rental rates vary and are listed on each product page. Standard rental periods are 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. Extensions may be requested for additional fees.

4. Returns & Late Fees

    •    On-Time Returns: Items must be returned by the due date to avoid late fees of $350/day.
    •    Non-Return: Items unreturned within 30 days may be considered stolen, and legal action may be taken.

5. Shipping & Packaging

    •    We provide prepaid labels and packaging. Please return items using the provided materials to ensure safe transit.

6. Damage & Insurance

    •    You’re responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Optional insurance is available for peace of mind. For an optional extra fee, it can be withheld from your deposit. Do not attempt repairs without approval.

7. Payments

    •    All charges are billed to your payment method. We reserve the right to charge any unpaid fees, damages, or penalties.

8. Liability & Legal Fees

    •    Purse4Rent is not liable for injuries or personal property in returned items. Legal fees incurred for collection or dispute resolution may be charged to the renter.

Legal Fees, Collection Costs, and Reporting

• Responsibility for Legal Fees: The renter agrees to cover all legal fees, court costs, and any expenses incurred by Purse4Rent.com if debt collection, unpaid fees, damages, or other costs related to the rental agreement become necessary.

• Collection Efforts: If Purse4Rent.com must engage a collection agency or initiate legal action to recover owed amounts, the renter will be liable for all related costs, including legal fees, court expenses, and additional collection charges.

• Credit Reporting and Collection Services: By using our services, the renter authorizes Purse4Rent.com to report outstanding debts to major credit agencies. Purse4Rent.com reserves the right to pursue collection efforts and report overdue amounts to credit bureaus as stipulated by these Terms of Service, which may impact the renter’s credit rating.

9. Modifications to Terms

    •    Terms may change. Continued use indicates acceptance of new terms.
